  • Casa Cornelia Law Center provides quality pro bono (free) legal representation to victims of human rights violations and is committed to the indigent within the immigrant community. Services are available to those individuals and families without sufficient financial resources to hire an attorney.
  • We help those who have fled their country because of persecution and/or torture. We take cases of persons detained and non-detained, and also those who are in immigration proceedings or are applying affirmatively with immigration services.
  • We help undocumented children who have suffered abuse, abandonment or neglect to obtain protection available under immigration law.
  • We represent detained and non-detained children who are in immigration court proceedings or are applying their petitions to immigration services.
